Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues, modify therapy as necessary, and track patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services, documenting outcomes and celebrating patient progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support overall rehabilitation goals. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR certification (or acquisition within 30 days of hire); a Master’s degree is preferred (Bachelor’s degree with field experience acceptable).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience
