Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track/document patient performance and progress toward goals; position involves contributing to inpatient rehabilitation teams with compassionate patient care and using cutting-edge technology to support therapy progress; requires licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days), and education as specified; opportunities include tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and growth within a national rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
- Ability to work as part of a team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
