Job Summary
Evaluates, develops, and administers personalized speech and language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Identifies issues, modifies treatment as necessary, and tracks patient performance and response to treatment. Documents progress and celebrates patient victories while collaborating with the care team and utilizing cutting-edge technology. Qualifications include licensure or state certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
