Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation plans for patients with speech and language challenges; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment; providing compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for Encompass Health, a national leader in post-acute care. Requires current licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
