Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary while tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories throughout the therapeutic journey. This role requires current licensure or certification by state regulations, along with successful completion of the Speech-Language Pathology Certification Board's Clinical Competence Certification. A Master's degree is preferred, though a Bachelor's degree with field experience is acceptable. CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
