Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories and advancing communication outcomes. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or enrolment/within 30 days of hire); Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience. Emphasizes evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and collaboration within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience
