Speech Pathologist

Speech Pathologist role providing evaluation, development, and administration of personalized speech and language therapy plans for patients with communication needs in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing speech-language disorders, creating and modifying treatment plans, tracking patient progress and outcomes, and documenting responses to therapy. The position requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days if not already licensed), and typically a Master's degree (or a Bachelor's with relevant field experience).
