Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; identifies issues, modifies therapy as needed, and tracks/document progress and response to treatment while celebrating patient victories. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC credential, CPR (within 30 days if not already held), and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree with field experience) to join a nationally recognized rehabilitation leader. Located in Middletown, DE; full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
