Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation plans for patients; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while delivering care using CCC standards and state licensure requirements; role supports ongoing professional growth and collaboration within a large inpatient rehabilitation organization.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
