Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify speech therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a team focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care at Encompass Health. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with applicable experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
