Job Summary
Provide expert speech-language pathology services to patients with speech, language, swallowing, cognitive and voice disorders. Deliver therapy in diverse settings within Encompass Health's network, including inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies, with opportunities to work both in facility-based settings and in patients' homes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication, safe swallowing, cognitive function, and overall quality of life for patients. Demonstrate clinical proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention across multiple care environments to optimize patient outcomes.
