Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance and progress; celebrate patient victories while delivering care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for Encompass Health, the nation's largest rehabilitation company; requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with applicable experience); healthcare team collaboration and ongoing professional growth are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
