Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, tracking and documenting patient performance and progress, and celebrating patient victories. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR either at hire or within 30 days; Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with relevant field experience. Emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care within a large national inpatient rehabilitation leader with ongoing professional growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
