Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role at Encompass Health involves evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance and progress; and celebrating patient victories throughout care. Requires state-appropriate licensure or certification, CCC certification, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
