Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation environment at Encompass Health and support patient victories through evidence-based therapy; requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
