Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients, identify issues, track progress, and document outcomes to support speech and language rehabilitation goals. Deliver therapy focused on patient communication needs, celebrate patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team with access to advanced technology at Encompass Health. The role emphasizes hands-on clinical care, progress documentation, and ongoing patient-centered therapy within a national leader in post-acute rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
