Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track patient progress. Will administer and document outcomes, work within an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health, and utilize advanced therapy tools while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient communication and speech goals. Must hold current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and have a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
