Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify and modify therapy approaches as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team at Encompass Health and support patient-centered care using up-to-date therapy techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
