Job Summary
Role within Early Start Australia Graduate Program providing speech pathology services to children across clinics, homes and schools with telehealth support. You will be mentored by experienced clinicians, receive a high level of supervision, and participate in fortnightly technical training. Responsibilities include helping children achieve development milestones in communication, supporting parents and carers, addressing articulation and stuttering, supporting literacy and safe feeding skills, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans. The position emphasizes in-clinic and community-based work with extensive CPD opportunities and a supportive administrative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in early 2026
- Full valid driver's license
- Access to own vehicle with third party insurance
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
