Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary, and tracking/documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current licensure or certification and CCC; CPR within 30 days; Master’s degree preferred (or BA with field experience).; employed within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
