Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment, celebrating patient victories along the way. Degree requirements include Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience; licensure/CCC and CPR as specified. Must work as part of Encompass Health, a national rehabilitation leader, delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy to patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
