Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for inpatients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance and progress in a rehabilitation setting; contribute to a collaborative team in a nationally recognized rehabilitation organization. Role involves delivering evidence-based speech pathology services to patients with communication disorders, using specialized assessment and intervention techniques, and documenting outcomes to support patient recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience
