Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, you will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; and celebrate patient victories throughout the care journey. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
