Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience); CCC credential and CPR within 30 days of hire; licensure/certification required by state regulations. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
