Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, you will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients. Identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track and document patient performance and progress, celebrating patient victories along the way. Qualified candidates hold current state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire), and typically possess a Master’s degree (or a Bachelor’s with relevant field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
