Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatments as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories while working as part of Encompass Health’s national inpatient rehabilitation team. Qualifications include current licensure or state certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Certification)
- CPR certification or within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
