Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and response to treatment; deliver compassionate care within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting using up-to-date technology. Requires state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a master's degree (or bachelor's with relevant experience). Located in New York City, NY; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
