Job Summary
Join Encompass Health as a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients. You will identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track patient performance and progress, delivering compassionate care within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation system. The role requires current state licensure or certification, CCC-SLP, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
