Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team and help patients achieve communicative independence using evidence-based practices and cutting-edge technology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
