Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Provide evaluation, development, and administration of personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document patient progress while delivering compassionate care as part of Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team. Must hold licensure or certification per state regulations, CCC international certification, and CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days). Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience. Core responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, implementing therapy, tracking outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
