Speech Pathologist

Evaluate, assess, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify clinical issues and modify therapy protocols as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating individual victories. Maintain current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR certification to practice within Encompass Health's national inpatient rehabilitation network. This role supports patients in overcoming communication challenges within a supportive, growing team of 36,000 individuals across 150 locations.
