Speech Pathologist /Clinical Fellow [Blount]

Speech Pathologist/Clinical Fellow providing comprehensive speech therapy services under the plan of care established by a licensed Physical Therapist, including initial evaluations, treatment planning, implementation of therapy techniques, documentation, discharge planning, and supervision/mentorship of students and clinicians. Responsibilities include selecting and interpreting speech/language assessments, designing age-appropriate treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, completed documentation and productivity records, and supporting corporate/department goals. Must demonstrate clinical competency, effective data handling, and adherence to departmental policies. Position located at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN, within Prisma Health system; day shift with non-management reporting structure.
