Job Summary
Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations to identify areas of improvement for residents. Develop and implement effective therapy plans to enhance communication and swallowing skills while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care. Educate residents and families on communication strategies and provide guidance on swallowing techniques. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Master's degree, ASHA certification, and state licensure required. Hourly rate $42–$48. Located in historic Boonsboro, Maryland.
Required Qualifications
