Job Summary
Speech Pathologist needed at Encompass Health to evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language rehabilitation plans for patients. Responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, tracking and documenting patient performance, and celebrating progress, all within a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting with access to advanced technology. Requires current licensure or state certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s with relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
