Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role located in Perth, WA, joining Better Rehab's multidisciplinary team to assess and treat clients aged 7-65 with neurological disorders and disabilities across community and clinic settings. The position involves designing therapy plans, collaboration with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, use of AAC devices, and engagement with families and carers. Flexible working options with predominantly office-based practice and occasional home-based work; provision of onboarding support, supervision, and a focus on ongoing professional development. Requires relevant Speech Pathology qualifications, registration, and clearances, with potential Senior positions requiring 3+ years post-qualification experience.
