Job Summary
Conduct appropriate therapy services for students with communication disorders by implementing Individual Education Plans, developing daily service schedules, and maintaining structured therapy notes. Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists, administrators, and staff to support student progress, while disseminating professional information and attending staff development sessions. Utilize assistive technology devices and plan curricular modifications to ensure classroom success, and assist in training parents and teachers. Maintain individual student records in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Work 192 days at a daily rate ranging from $272.11 to $379.65. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorder and a Texas State License in Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
