Job Summary

Conduct assessments, develop tailored therapy programs, and deliver services across clinic, home, and community settings for children aged 0-16. Manage a discipline-specific caseload using a case management approach while collaborating with allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Record treatment notes in PMS within 24 hours of sessions and provide high-quality reports to stakeholders. Align therapy plans with available funding types and obtain NDIS plans where relevant. Participate in team meetings, peer reviews, and case discussions to maintain continuous service improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention
  • Understanding and supporting the principles of individualised services including the ability to adapt services to meet individual needs
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of children and families and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional observational and report writing skills
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and the ability to work autonomously in the community
  • Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Registration with SPA
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current Drivers' Licence and vehicle
  • Current Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Registration (state specific)
  • National Police Check
  • Accredited First Aid Certificate
