Speech/Language Therapists - Full and Part-time

Job Summary
Conduct direct speech therapy rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury upon physician referral. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, and objectives while collaborating with nursing, therapy, and medical staff. Liaise with patients, families, and support departments to ensure functional progress in a patient-centered environment. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to Life Care standards, and follow all applicable laws and compliance procedures. Full-time and PRN roles offer a $5,000 CFY and $10,000 CCC sign-on bonus. New graduates eligible for the Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
- ASHA certified (CCCs)
- Must be eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in order to earn ASHA certification (CCCs) and/or meeting ASHA credentialing criteria
- Once achieved, must maintain ASHA credentialing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e mail
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
