Speech/Language Therapists - Full and Part-time

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, and via telehealth to support mobility, independence, and quality of life. Deliver therapy sessions that align with regulatory standards, document effectively within the FOX EMR system, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, and Fitness Specialists. Manage your own treatment schedule with flexibility to incorporate virtual care components, while meeting physical demands such as patient transfers and driving to client locations. This role is available as full-time, part-time, or PRN positions within FOX Rehabilitation's clinician-operated practice in Savannah, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including: Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility
- Must be able to drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with telehealth and other forms of virtual care
