Speech Language Therapist (SLP) PRN

Conduct speech and language pathology services for patients in homes and facilities, including evaluating disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Administer diagnostic tests such as audio logic screening and develop, review, and submit Plans of Treatment and Care. Provide instruction to patients on alternative communication systems and counsel families and healthcare staff on condition changes and treatment responses. Maintain documentation, progress reports, and care coordination activities while adhering to confidentiality standards. Requires minimum six months of speech therapist experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
