Job Summary
Conduct speech and language therapy services in the home health setting for a diverse caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, and other therapists to deliver patient-centered care. Work within defined territories with limited drive time, supported by clinical leadership and access to the Clinical Excellence Academy for mentorship and advanced training. Earn between $60 and $120 per hour with an annual incentive bonus, while maintaining an active or pending state SLP license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
- Active or pending state SLP license
- Comfort working independently in the home setting
