Job Summary
Deliver speech and language rehabilitation as a Speech Pathologist in inpatient settings. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a supportive team environment within Encompass Health’s national rehabilitation network. PRN roles with opportunities for professional growth, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include state licensure/certification, CCC-SLP, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
