Job Summary
SLPA position in a school-based setting in El Paso, TX, supporting students with speech and language needs under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Responsibilities include implementing therapy activities, supporting IEP-goal achievement, providing direct and/or group therapy, documenting progress, preparing therapy materials, and collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and active Texas SLPA licensure; travel between campuses may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license (if travel between campuses is required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
