Job Summary
Provide direct therapy services following plans created by the supervising SLP, supporting students in articulation, expressive/receptive language, and social communication. Accurately document sessions and track student progress while assisting with implementing IEP goals and classroom carryover strategies. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervising SLPs to support student outcomes in a structured, team-focused environment. Work Monday through Friday with consistent weekly hours and access to training resources and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain)

- Previous pediatric or school-based experience
