Job Summary
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK-12 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, targeting articulation, phonology, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Support implementation of individualized therapy plans, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Assist with documentation, data collection, and preparation of therapy materials while collaborating with teachers and parents to facilitate communication goals. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and maintain compliance with state regulations and school procedures. Participate in required supervision and training. Work onsite in Anchorage, Alaska, for the 26/27 school year, reporting to E-Therapy, a pioneer in special education clinical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Active SLPA license or certification in Alaska (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
