Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP, implementing treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals. Prepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child's individual needs and create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first. Document sessions in the EMR with accuracy and care while communicating compassionately with families and interdisciplinary teammates. Show up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning moments, and keep growing your craft through continued education and professional development. Work full-time Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at an Oaklin Lane clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Current SLPA license/certification in good standing in your state of practice
- A solid understanding of typical and disordered communication development in children
- Experience with or strong interest in working with the pediatric population
- Monday - Thursday schedule
- 8:00AM to 6:00PM hours
- Four-day work week
- No nights or weekends
