Job Summary
Speech Language Pathology Assistant – School-Based role providing direct pediatric therapy services in charter schools and medical/out-patient settings. Works with a multidisciplinary team to implement therapy sessions, supports SLPs in setting goals, maintains caseload productivity and IEP-based service delivery, collaborates with educators to integrate goals into classroom activities, completes documentation, and participates in meetings. Requires a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and an active FL SLPA license; new graduates considered with one year of pediatric experience preferred. Positions are located at UCP’s Orlando area campuses with a school-calendar schedule and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and Disorders
- Active Speech Language Pathology Assistant license from the State of Florida
