Job Summary
Remote part-time SLPA provides teletherapy services to pediatric clients, delivering treatment per individual plan of care via teletherapy, maintaining a caseload, and completing daily documentation. Collaborates with families and other professionals to maximize client progress. Requires completion of an ASHA-approved SLPA program, active CA SLPA license, at least 1 year of SLPA experience, and bilingual Spanish proficiency. Skills include language, articulation, pragmatics, parent coaching, AAC, and experience with SOAP notes; comfortable using an all-inclusive teletherapy platform. 20+ hours per week, compensation $30.00-$46.00 per hour (W2).
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines
- Active SLPA License in the State of California
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA
- Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish
- Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
- Experience in teletherapy platforms and documentation (SOAP notes)
