Job Summary
SLPA to assist under supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist in delivering direct speech-language therapy services across age ranges, including pre-language and language development, oral-motor control, and use of assistive communication devices; perform receptionist/clerical duties in outpatient therapy clinics; document patient progress, plan therapy within individual capabilities, coordinate schedules, and participate in department program development; collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary team; supports safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - active license in state of practice (upon hire)
- Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Disorders (preferred)
