Job Summary
Provide direct speech therapy services to students in K–12 settings under the supervision of an SLP; support implementation of treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, assist in screenings, data collection, and progress toward goals; collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; prepare therapy materials and adapt activities; participate in IEP meetings and documentation of progress.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
